These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Paper's Here! at papershere.com and related pages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Paper's Here! is a brand-only morning news brief and daily paper-style digest. These Terms apply to the Site under the Paper's Here! name only.

2. Informational use only

Cards, headlines, blurbs, images, and links on the Site are for general informational and editorial purposes. They are not legal, medical, financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use any information you find here.

3. Third-party content and links

The Site may summarize, quote, or link to third-party news outlets, social posts, videos, and other sources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. Following an outbound link is at your own risk.

Site design, Paper's Here! branding, original paper-boy artwork, and original Site copy are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. 9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
